Dr. Bhattar is the Director and Pediatrician at Bhattar Hospital and Balgopal Children Hospital, Raipur (C.G.) since 1993.

He participates in various social activities for women and child welfare, regular talks in Doordarshan and All India Radio regarding childhood illnesses and care. He also gives training regarding common childhood illnesses and neonatal care in state training department of Women and Child Welfare, government of Chhattisgarh.
